We are now hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our team!
- Be the first point of contact for outbound/inbound calls
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
- Collaborate with sales & CS teams by scheduling meetings with new/existing clients.
- Submit tickets in Zendesk/reach out to the support team for clients asking for support.
- Manage a pipeline for potential opportunities and maintain it to be up to date with follow ups.
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in English
- Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls and outreach emails on a daily basis
- Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
- Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
- Flexibility working on US time zone.
