We’re looking for a goal-oriented, driven, and motivated Business Development Manager to join our great team at the NY office.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a business development strategy focusing on the Legal market. You will train and lead a team that will be responsible for scheduling qualified meetings.


- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Develop best practice operating strategies and provide direction for the business development team, help to hire, onboard, train, and manage BDRs
- Motivate BDRs to meet and exceed goals through coaching and ongoing training
- Enhance processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPI

The Ideal Candidate:

- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
- Market knowledge on the Legal vertical
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role managing 5 + people – minimum 2 years
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Proven experience recruiting and retaining teams
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Proficiency in English
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Working with SaaS companies - Advantage
