At Crowdvocate we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified outbound sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our product. Ideal SDRs have great communication skills and love starting new relationships, a strong understanding of the sales process, excell at researching leads, master followup and support the sales closer. We are looking for quick self-learners, well-spoken, independent contributors and growth oriented individuals.

Location: this is a in-office position (not remote), based in our office at Hod-Hasharon, Israel.

Objectives of this Role
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps
- Grow the companies outreach, contact list and direct market engagement – focusing on USA
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales for next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
- Collaborating with sales team to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met
- Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Utilize CRM (HubSpot), cold calling, LinkedIn and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect’s needs and present relevant solutions
- Weekly outreach to hundreds of prospects in USA
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Fast and professional follow-up to prospect inquiries and sales meetings, moving leads through the marketing funnel
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach and new lead generation methods
- Attend product training and develop an understanding of our value and messaging
- Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives
- Research the industry/domain and prospects to add value to your engagement
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Constantly consume sales knowledge and refine your techniques


- At least 1 year of SaaS/tech BDR experience with history of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
- Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
- Grit to make outbound outreach cold-calls/emails/social-selling every day
- Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn
- Have experience using LinkedIn for sales or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of leads
- Value market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement
- Strong interpersonal, team-working, and customer service skills.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Good computer and business tools skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of B2B tech experience
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software
- Good understanding of tech, sales and marketing to successfully establish rapport with prospects
- Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous
- Native english speaker

Our Process:
- Only qualified candidates will be reached out to.
- You will need to go through 2-3 interviews, a set of 3 simulation tests and one reference.
- Training and on-boarding - Accepted candidate will go through sales training, product, sales-tools introduction and domain / industry training. Most of the training will be on-the-job training and self-learning. Hands-on training approach.
