Description
Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops, manufactures and markets state-of-the-art printing solutions for the textile, garment & apparel decorating industries is looking for a Salesforce Team Leader!
What will you do?
- Build and lead the CRM team which includes internal and external business application analysts and developers
- Continuous improvement of CRM tools and process
- Data Management - quality, Integrity, security and backup of data
- Management of supporting CRM application software as contact center and marketing automation
- Characterize and support the team with characterization of specific needs to existing processes or implementation of new processes
- Cooperate with IT Project Manager on implementation of CRM projects (planning milestones, communication to users, support after go live)
- Evaluate and prioritize CRM tasks and projects
- Support existing interfaces between the CRM and the organization's systems
- Plan application upgrades and communicate them
Requirements
What should you have?
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Computer Science
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce CRM in Service, Sales and Integrations to external systems (ERP, call center, marketing automation)
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams
- Strong technical deployment experience of IT projects in CRM, Sales and Service (planning, development, testing, deployment, support and communicate)
- Knowledge and understanding of global processes
- Excellent analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration building skills, able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
- Great presentation skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment
- Excellent English
- Experience working with Lightning - an advantage
