Reports to: CRM Team Leader
Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin
What will you do?
- Characterization & implementation of business needs in the Salesforce adjusted to existing process
- Characterization & implementation of new processes
- Write design documents including technical design
- Ongoing users support- technical support
Requirements
What should you have?
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Knowledge and understanding of organizational processes, with an emphasis on sales and service processes.
- Good understanding of ERP system Priority - an advantage
- Great communication skills
- Ability to understand complex business process
- Great team player with good interpersonal skills
- Be a proactive, self-motivated and passionate individual
- High-level English
