As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will have a critical role in driving data-driven decisions all across the business at Incredibuild.
- Support users on the day to day tasks, including data fixes and troubleshooting
- Manage user profiles and permissions in compliance with the company security policy
- Design and implementation of business processes based on Sales, Service Cloud and CPQ
- Manage complex testing activities and implementation risks
- Configuration of Salesforce customization abilities – custom objects and fields, flows, approval process, duplication rules, etc.
- Building reports and dashboards per demand
- 2 years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform
- Data management understanding and abilities
- Strong understanding of the best practices of Sales & Service processes
- Fluent in English – Spoken & Written
- Deep technical understanding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with Outreach / Marketo
