We are looking for an experienced Hunter , passionate and motivated Sales Regional Manager to join Attenti!
As our Sales Regional Manager your main responsibility will be to drive new business opportunities and grow the Attenti business with existing clients in your region.
A successful candidate must be able to develop relationships with decision makers and potential partners , manage long term opportunities with organizations in the Public sector , and position Attenti to win projects .
You will be looking mainly on growing the business in new and current customers , creating a pipeline of opportunities in the relevant countries within the relevant government market. Strong entrepreneurial spirit is a must.
· 7+ years in sales management / BD within a Technology company
· Proven track record of success in hunting sales from plan to close
· Experience within the B2G market preferred
· Experience working with local partners and channels. The ability to locate potential channels / partners and cooperate with them during early BD stage.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills, be goal oriented, well organized, a strong communicator, and able to analyze competition.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Ability to travel 40% of the time.
· Experience in working on government tenders
