This is an exciting time to join the Sales Operations team at Cato! You will play a pivotal role in defining, implementing, and auditing sales-related business processes within the organization across various departments.

This is a new role, and as such, you must be well-organized and have a passion for building tools, processes, and new capabilities focused on scaling a sales organization and improving performance.

Responsibilities:
- Identify sales process improvement opportunities, develop and implement accompanying solutions
- Develop sales reporting process, key metric analytics, and communication materials
- Perform analyses that drive insights and performance improvements
- Assist in sales pipeline reviews and forecasting process
- Assist in the adoption of SalesForce Automation tools and processes
- Support sales organization scaling through best practice benchmarking and application
- Create tools and reports that improve individual salesperson productivity

Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of SalesForce.com admin experience is required. SalesForce CPQ experience is a significant advantage
- Must have proven quantitative analytical abilities and process improvement experience
- Advanced knowledge of sales and sales processes and ability to apply policies, practices and systems
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to develop business processes that impact sales goals and initiatives
- Strong oral, written and verbal communication
