- Driving Sales operations process on-going improvements through review and analysis, identification of bottlenecks in order to address the requirements from the department
- Driving implementation of new processes throughout Customer Retention and Sales Operations
- Focusing on global standardization between similar teams residing in different locations (i.e.: Partner alliance, inside sales)
- Developing, set and follow-up Customer Retention measurements and targets
- Supporting management in operational analysis to drive decision making and implementing required changes
- Analyzing the following information and provide ongoing reporting to identify trends, issues and improvement levers:
- Inside sales results
- Partner alliance tickets
- Renewals results and feedbacks
- Sales campaigns usage and results


- BA / MA in Industrial Engineer/economic or MBA degree
- Past experience in business analysis in a leading corporate (background in consulting companies – an advantage)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to present analytical data
- Prior experience in working with SAP, Sales Force – an advantage
- Ability to manage processes and lead changes
- Team player with a passion to make an impact
- Perfect English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
