ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support top-of-funnel sales processes to educate global talent acquisition teams on HiredScore’s cutting edge technology and help drive the most innovative global corporates’ adoption of artificial intelligence in partnering with HiredScore.
- Develop and direct successful execution of enablement strategies for complex global sales with focus on developing best-in-class Enterprise selling programs.
- Support all RFP and sales evaluation requests as an analyst and project manager.
- Deal management for all “evaluation” stage pipeline conversations; Includes preparing for and participating in prospective client calls and strategizing on deal advancement.
- Make selling at HiredScore easier, more repeatable and procedural, and less time-consuming by delivering a best-in-class sales library across the sale pipeline.
- Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with on-boarding new sales talent.
- Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
- Support legal and procurement process in finalizing deals in late-stage negotiations.
- Partner with Implementation teams to transition sales from close to the next phase of implementation.
- Assist with CRM administration and project prioritization.

Requirements

* Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the US *

- 2-5 years of experience in sales operations and/or business systems preferably in a software/technology
- Demonstrated success in sales operations, enablement, consulting, or another similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-level executives.
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
- Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis.
- CRM experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, managing dashboards, and more.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally
- Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of HubSpot and email marketing strategies.
- Strong powerpoint skills with the ability to customize per customer conversation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Exposure to or familiarity working with and supporting Fortune 500 corporate clients.
- Experience with technology/cloud SaaS contracts and legal negotiations.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Future of Work challenges and areas of innovation.
