The Sales Operations Manager is charged with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of a company’s sales; to help the team use technology effectively, implement training exercises, align sales and marketing, set territories, evaluate compensation plans, and more. Sales Operations supports a company’s sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimising data sets and sales applications.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage all sales, customer success and marketing systems and tools, applying SaaS best practices to continuously build and optimize Salesforce in the best possible way
- Manage Salesforce developments
- Manage workflows, processes
- Manage the optimization of tools and systems
- Build and maintain automations
- Evaluating and implementing new tools
- Sales Enablement
- Develop and maintain content and tools such as; updating call scripts, sales decks, competitive information fact sheets, role-play scripts, record and edit videos, training guides, etc.
- Manage the sales enablement content repository.
- Ad-hoc Strategy and Ongoing Analysis
- Financial analyses, reporting, and sales forecasting. Building deeper dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Day2day Operations
- Salesforce enforcements
- Commission calculations
- Ensure data integrity, that reps follow all guidelines and processes
- Implementing complans, spiffs
- Account allocation
- Updating and organizing the content library
- Legal Workflows
- Assisting with legal escalations
- Helping in small contract modifications, basic language changes, how to write and generate quotes, ensuring all contracts are sent and properly


- At least 5 years of Sales Operations experience from an established saas company
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to perform advanced computing functions
- Solid experience with databases and sales software
- Strong communication skills
- Three + years in a Managerial position with increasing responsibility
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work well in groups
- Ability to multitask
