We are rapidly growing and looking for a talented Sales Operation Director, to join our growing sales team and support’s our US Clients.

As Sales Operation Director you will be charged with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s sales. Supports the company’s sales team by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications. Manage sales administration, lead the Quota to Cash process, oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct sales force enablement.

- Pre-Closing
- Update departments on new features and company policies
- Provide support with new marketing materials and pitches
- Create systems and processes
- Enforce company policy and procedures
- Conduct pipeline meetings (weekly pipeline meeting)
- Mange the global sales forecast
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and annual employee reviews
- Monitor all proposals to customers on Salesforce
- Post-Closing
- Manage Legal, Procurement, Documents, Calendar, Finance
- Lead the process from Proposal to PO to Invoice with customers globally
- Track and Report
- Provide oversite for on boarding of new customers


- B.A Business, Finance, Legal or other related field or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 2 years working in a sales operation in a SAAS B2B company
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Negotiation, Legal, Procurement experience to support sales cycles
- Experience in Salesforce
- Analytical Analysis
- Attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in leading sales process
- Planning and execution abilities
- Fluent in English
- Multitasking
