The Sales Team Manager for Agencies at SimilarWeb will manage a team of Sales Executives responsible for generating new revenue for SimilarWeb: creating, cultivating and developing accounts and increasing market share for digital agencies worldwide.

In this sales team management role, you will be responsible for hiring, nurturing, and enabling the Agency Sales Team to hit their targets and for ensuring your team has the ongoing product and sales training to do their jobs well.

On a day-to-day you will:

- Meet and exceed sales quota through inbound / outbound leads
- Management of the sales cycle and pipeline to enable your teams prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing
- Build cross functional relationships within SimilarWeb
- Develop accurate forecasts and manage sales activity in CRM (
- Represent the front line of the company’s sales and marketing efforts, playing an important role in growing the business.
- Be tasked in developing the sales process and helping define the strategy in setting up your ‘pod’ for success.


- Previous management experience in sales management – mandatory
- Business professional English (written/spoken) – mandatory
- Experience in selling a SaaS product – a plus
- Media or digital agency experience – a plus
- Knowledge and insights into the online marketing space – a plus
- A solutions-oriented, customer-service and can-do attitude - mandatory!
- Be dedicated to pursuing partnerships with the largest and most recognized agency brands including WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, and IPG.
