Responsibilities:
- Develop and extend the existing pipeline to meet annual targets, including access to and alignment with the customer C-levels.
- Meet and exceed individual targets for contracts/revenue
- Leverage your B2B sales experience to negotiate contracts, focusing on enterprise solutions that integrate software and hardware within the fashion and apparel sector.
- Negotiate comprehensive technology and service contracts.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, ensuring opportunities for additional business growth.
- Maintain a close collaboration with Marketing and Product organisation to ensure solution development and setting the right customer expectations.
- Maintain 100% customer satisfaction through effective management of customer expectations and delivery of innovative solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated successful track record with a minimum of 5 years B2B experience selling and managing sales process of complex enterprise solutions. Ideally, experience with solutions combining software and hardware and with a preference for fashion & apparel
- A track record selling innovative solutions. Ideally on a startup environment.
- Experience leading contract negotiations with C-levels, technical teams and legal teams on new deals
- Experience building and maintain positive long-term, win-win relationships with clients is a must.
