The Role
- The Sales Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position
- Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
- Strategically plan account closings and manage internal resources to affect close
- Articulate SysAid’s value proposition clearly and effectively
- Understand competitive landscape
- Have a strong understanding of ITSM and project credibility on IT subject matter
- Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sale Engineers
- Map out accounts, by identifying champions and influencers, and leverage those relationships to gain access and influence with Decision Makers/IT Executives


* Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK *

- 3-5 years of quota-carrying SaaS/B2B software sales experience
- Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-Level
- Skilled at negotiating business terms with IT, procurement, and senior management teams
- Track record of over-achieving quotas in previous roles
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles, into accounts with 60-90+ day cycles, within the Mid-size market
- A strong presence on the phone and remote web sessions (Demo)
- Experience working with a CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Enjoys the challenge of working towards and hitting targets
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
