Deci AI is seeking a skillful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales activity, generate qualified leads for our products, and contribute to growing the sales pipeline. As SDR you will work closely with sales and marketing, to create sales-ready leads and opportunities. In this role, you will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target/named accounts and outbound leads, with a focus on enterprise companies.


- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas
- Interact with prospects through direct phone calls, emails, and social media
- Market-mapping and organisation-mapping to identify potential new clients
- Qualify inbound leads as sales opportunities
- Develop templates for direct outreach and content marketing approaches
- Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities
- Stay informed about new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of training and self-study


- Proven work experience (minimum 1.5 years) as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B software/SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls and cold reach-out)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Dynamic, high energy, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-discipline, focus, and strong time-management skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work in a vibrant sales team environment as a team player
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, and support US business hours

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI products
- Track record in achieving sales quotas
- Experience developing and implementing communication plans and cadences, resulting in an effective outbound = prospecting practice
