Graduway, the leading alumni relations and mentoring software provider, is looking for a talented and highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will work in LATAM Market to join our growing team. As a member of our Sales organization, you will be responsible for reaching out to new potential clients, conduct outbound calls, build a sustainable sales pipeline and qualifying each opportunity before handing it over to sales teams.

Our office is based in Ra'anana.
Our standard working days are Monday to Friday


- Research and identify potential clients, interact with them through direct phone calls and emails and initiate the sales process,
- Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities,
- Build a prospect database,
- Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy.


- Native or near-native level of Portuguese, Spanish and English Speaker, MUST
- Ready to work flexible hours when needed, to maximize corresponding time with LATAM countries when needed. MUST.
- Experience in Business Development & Sales Roles in fast-growing High-tech environment is an advantage,
- Experience with online software sales (SaaS),
- Dynamic, high energy, very strong communication skills,
- Self-starter with good time management skills, able to work individually as well as a part of a team,
- Positive and energetic with good listening skills.
