Sales Development is the first voice of the company and plays an integral role in the growth of the business.

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will hold the critical position of creating a great first impression to potential customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with and qualifying inbound leads, turning them into warm, sales-ready leads for our sales team.

While strong personal skills are a necessity, this is a numbers-driven position with monthly goals, and bonuses will be awarded based on performance.

An ideal candidate will be able to:
- Research new and existing prospects via social media and other online sources.
- Conduct high-volume Inbound prospecting and outreach for qualified leads.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives, introducing LawGeex to relevant decision makers in a concise and value driven manner.
- Help potential customers uncover their unmet needs, describing how LawGeex delivers extraordinary and unparalleled value.
- Work closely and collaborate with the company's marketing and sales teams
- Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the product, the industry and competition, and market trends.
- Maintain clear notes in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management.
- Consistently achieve opportunity quotas to help ensure company revenue objectives.


- Native English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM and Sales enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- A fearlessly positive attitude
- 1+ years prior sales experience in a high velocity SaaS environment
