If you’re looking for a typical boiler room sales job, this is not the place. Our team of consultants strive to find solutions to our clients problems, and don’t operate in a typical pushy sales environment.

Responsibilities:
- Researching, prospecting, and qualifying outbound leads for consulting team
- Enthusiastically working on outbound activities to grow your pipeline of prospects (cold calling and emailing)
- Successfully and accurately answering prospect questions and providing appropriate additional information to the consulting team
- Continuously thinking outside of the box to reach individual and team goals
- Develop customer relationships through telephone, emails, and LinkedIn
- Manage and maintain CRM pipeline while continuously growing your list of prospects
- Provide sales management with weekly insights into new leads added, SQL’s, and lead conversion rates
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals as defined by sales management

Requirements

- High energy, and motivated sales professional with 1-2 years of outbound sales experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Mix of strategic thinking and tactical implementation
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Native English speaker (a must)
- Proficient with Hubspot and Linkedin a plus
