BrandTotal is looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and accountable Sales Development Representative to further grow our business. Our SDRs are often the first point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll be responsible for representing BrandTotal and making a positive impression that sets the tone for the entire sales lifecycle. You will be empowered to prospect, qualify, set meetings, and develop strategic accounts for our Sales Team with leading Fortune-500 companies. You’ll also become an expert in social marketing data and our SaaS technology platform as you help us build the foundation of our SDR department and create processes. Position is based in Tel-Aviv, working Monday-Friday.

Description + Responsibilities:
- Research, prospect and uncover potential opportunities from outbound efforts and inbound leads, to create sales-ready meetings
- Conduct rigorous research as you identify key decision-makers and deal influencers, and then reach out with highly-relevant, deeply-personalized, and attention-getting messages
- Connect with prospects using phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
- Proactively maintain active engagement with prospects and make sure potential opportunities do not “slip through the cracks”
- Provide feedback on how to better improve your funnel and performance
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to more effectively reach and exceed your goals
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date data for all prospects, contacts, and accounts in our CRM
- Become an expert on our platform, its value proposition and be able to communicate it effectively to prospective clients
- Desire to work within a quickly growing small team environment- contribute enthusiasm, support, and knowledge as we evolve and grow
- Grow far beyond the “standard SDR” role, including contributing to playbooks to scale our sales outreach and designing sales analytics dashboards


- 1-3 years of SDR experience, exceeding your goals in a fast-paced startup company (experience in SaaS and/or Enterprise Sales are a plus)
- Proven experience drafting, evaluating and optimizing email templates and strategic sequences for lead generation
- Sales-focused, strategic thinking with a bias towards action in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with proven creative problem-solving credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excited about being part of a growing team and contributing to a developing process
- Experience with Salesforce and are a plus
- Must be a native English speaker
