Description

Graduway, the leading alumni relations and mentoring software provider, is looking for a talented and highly driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a member of our Sales organization, you will be responsible for reaching out to new potential clients, conduct outbound calls, build a sustainable sales pipeline and qualifying each opportunity before handing it over to sales teams.
Our office is based in Ra'anana.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, interact with them through direct phone calls and emails and initiate the sales process,
- Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities,
- Build a prospect database,
- Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy.

Requirements

- Experience in Business Development & Sales Roles in fast-growing High-tech environment is an advantage,
- Excellent command of English, fluency in different European languages is an asset.
- Experience with online software sales (SaaS),
- Dynamic, high energy, very strong communication skills,
- Self-starter with good time management skills, able to work individually as well as a part of a team,
- Positive and energetic with good listening skills.
