Description

You will be working with BranShield’s VP Sales & Marketing who is in charge on driving demand and monetizing it, at BrandShield’s offices – in Ramat Hasharon

We are looking for a junior sales development representative, for a flexible job opportunity (could match also for students).

Working hours will be between 14:00 – 23:00 with a possibility for full time position.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails
- Develop and maintain robust sales pipeline and report revenue potential for each stage of the sales funnel
- Identify opportunities and produce a targeted number of leads by making outbound calls daily
- Achieve monthly sales target by maintaining a sales pipeline
- Achieve weekly/monthly outbound calling target
- Develop compelling presentations and proposals for enterprise customers with high percentage of sales meetings being done via online demos and phone calls
- Negotiate with senior level customer stakeholders to close deals
- Support assigned partners in the form of demonstrations, basic user training and support, order processing, forecasting, and responsive communications
- Provide regular and accurate sales forecast information
- Maintain accurate up to date records of all customer details, dialog and sales opportunities
- Work with colleagues to ensure high quality of service is delivered to all clients and prospects
- Develop a deep understanding of the legal industry, crypto industry, and Brand Security in particular and how it works

Requirements

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Native English Speaker – A must - Please specify the origin of language knowledge!
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and happy to spend considerable time on the phone
- Confident in presenting commercial and technical information
- Good listener, able to talk to people on their level
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Energetic and hardworking
- Good level IT knowledge; proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.com
- Self-motivated and persistent
- Knowledge of working within the legal industry is a tremendous plus
- Bachelors or equivalent

Required Education and Experience
- Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality, drive to exceed goals, and strong attention to detail
- 1-3 years of direct sales experience with enterprise SaaS, comfortable navigating sales cycles
- Ability to manage deals with many stakeholders throughout sales cycle
- Creative, ambitious and very detail oriented

Qualifications (Desirable): Business or IT related degree
- Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential): Cold calling experience, including outbound calling and a proven track record of achieving set KPIs
- Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable): MS Office, SalesForce, WebEx
- Experience in a LegalTech SaaS company is a huge plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
