This is going to be a year of unprecedented growth at HiredScore and we're looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. We're scaling rapidly and it is imperative that we find a candidate who embraces challenge, is eager to learn, and is passionate about succeeding.

The SDR program at HiredScore is still in its infancy and we are looking for someone to help build a world-class Enterprise Sales Development program. Someone to own all top-of-the-funnel activity and set the stage for the sales experience at HiredScore, getting customers excited about the possibilities of leveraging technology to transform the way they hire. Motivated by career acceleration and growth, this is the perfect role for someone looking to grow their career in enterprise SaaS sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

- As the first point of contact to HiredScore, your goal is to provide an elite prospect and customer experience through every interaction
- Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within HiredScore’s key enterprise prospect accounts
- Qualify inbound leads
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account outreach strategies and the Marketing Team to ensure our messages are always on-brand.
- Help to build scalable prospecting campaigns based on data
- Write compelling emails, LinkedIn messages, etc. that lead to booked meetings for the Account Executives
- Measure, report and adjust the SDR process to continue to refine the best tactics for approaching our target market
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
- Become a product expert and learn HiredScore’s selling practices
- Keep records of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce.com) and Outreach databases

Requirements

* Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the US *

- Experience in SaaS and/or Account Based-Based Sales (ABS) methodologies
- Experience in recruitment/recruitment technology and HR sales, but not required so long as you have the confidence to pick up the phone and start having quality conversations
- The ability to quickly build rapport and genuine relationships with people
- A desire to truly listen and understand how you can help people
- A positive approach and growth mindset
- As the SDR program at HiredScore is still in its infancy, strategic thinking and careful planning around approach will be vital.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Outreach, and hands-on writing samples to showcase the use of the Outreach tool
- Startup experience will be extremely helpful to quickly acclimate
- Process-oriented nature with attention to detail, not afraid of taking big tasks and making them your own.
- Research skills, and the ability to translate industry knowledge into digestible information for your audience
