We are looking for a passionate, data and results-driven Sales Development Representative Manager to help accelerate the new business pipeline across the Enterprise space and coach and manage a team of inbound and outbound SDRs (EU & USA).
This role reports to the VP of Marketing.
What you’ll do
- Directly manage a global team of SDRs to generate qualified meetings with decision-makers across the enterprise market segments
- Develop and execute new strategies for prospecting and outbound efforts
- Own and drive execution of pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top-of-the-funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue produced across the Enterprise market segment
- Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
- Craft sales messaging and scripts for the team
- Monitoring and optimizing the teams’ performance and quality of calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
- Working closely with sales to expand qualified accounts
- Ability to work US hours.
- 3+ years of experience as an SDR from a SaaS B2B company
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR Manager/Leader
- Demonstrated leadership skills and guided teams to hitting their objectives
- Passion for coaching and developing team members
- High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Native English speaker - a must-have
