Requirements
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

Requirements

- Mother Tongue English- A must
- Additional languages- Advantage
- Account Management background in high tech companies minimum 2 years
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling existing clients
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a dynamic environment
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
