Description

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in maximizing our company’s revenue potential and optimizing ROI through the effective administration and implementation of CRM systems, tools, and data analysis processes. You will support the alignment and streamlining of our revenue functions, such as sales, marketing, and customer success/service teams, contributing to the efficiency and modernization of our operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about leveraging data to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

· CRM Administration and Tools Implementation:

· Serve as the administrator for our CRM (Salesforce) and MAP (HubSpot), ensuring optimal performance, customization, and integration with other tools in our tech stack.

· Implement and ongoing maintenance of sales and marketing technologies such as 6sense, Chili Piper, and Salesloft to enhance our go-to-market strategies.

· Data Analysis and Enrichment:

· Develop and maintain a robust data collection infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making.

· Perform data enrichment and hygiene tasks to maintain the accuracy and completeness of our database.

· Generate insightful reports and dashboards for ongoing visibility into our operations and performance.

· Process Optimization:

· Assist in strategizing, planning, and implementing systems and processes that support our go-to-market efforts.

· Contribute to the creation and optimization of processes such as lead qualification & routing, demo monitoring, and opportunity management.

· Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and enablement, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.

· Provide ad-hoc deep dive analysis and support for executive management on various go-to-market use cases.

· Growth and Innovation:

· Participate in the planning and execution of strategies for sustainable growth, especially in times of budget constraints and evolving targets.

· Contribute to content creation through industry research and account-based research to support our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

· Strong proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot).

· Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.

· A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to drive projects from conception through execution.

Tools and Technologies:

· Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Chili Piper, Salesloft, BrightTALK, Zoominfo, WiseStamp, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, WordPress, MySQL, and proficiency in other relevant technologies.
