What you’ll do
- Lead the company’s retention strategy. You will initiate and manage cross-channel campaigns aimed at improving retention performance and will take full ownership of the company’s retention and revenue expansion KPIs.
- Build a retention team. You will recruit and lead a team of sales and retention-focused professionals to scale our direct and automated retention activities.
- Analyze retention data. You will actively monitor analytics, build reports, and present findings to identify and tackle retention pitfalls.
- Find new opportunities. You will develop a deep understanding of the customers’ lifecycle journey to identify growth opportunities that will drive retention.
- Collaborate with different departments. You will partner with relevant teams to develop and optimize programs dedicated to customers at risk of churning.
- Head a personalization strategy. You will build a road map for personalized content and loyalty programs to boost usage and customer delight, including hands-on calls with our top customers to increase retention and push revenue expansion.


- You have at least 3 years of proven experience with retention and sales in international markets - a must.
- You have experience working with SaaS products - a must.
- You have extensive knowledge of online business models and understand how to test and optimize the customer experience in order to deliver results.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a very high level of English, both written and spoken.
- You are a self-motivated, hands-on problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
