About the Role
The Research Analyst is part of the R&D team which is the pillar of our product development. The Research team conducts statistical research and owns projects end-to-end, from hypothesis development to A/B testing and implementation.

We support our hypotheses with data and constantly strive to validate our assumptions. As a member of our team, you will work with a group of experienced data scientists to solve complex issues while advancing your data mining and analysis skills. You’ll be playing a big part in solving a major eCommerce problem that businesses around the world struggle with.

What You'll Be Doing
- Research, design and implement solutions to improve our fraud detection algorithms
- Work on machine learning projects including feature engineering, model training and validations
- Master the online fraud prevention domain through hands-on analysis of live data with our in-house analysis tools


- Bachelor's degree - preferably in a highly-quantitative field (i.e. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in R - functions creation, data wrangling, reporting
- Hands on experience with tidyverse R packages - advantage
- Statistical and mathematical knowledge
- Working experience with using machine learning tools & algorithms
- High level of English, including experience in writing research reports and summaries
