Guardicore, an innovator in internal data center security is seeking a one-of-a-kind Director of Field Sales to focus on strategic, named accounts in East USA (and specifically in NYC). We are looking for a true winner with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, someone that brings extensive experience as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs and other C-level executives. This role will be based in NYC or the near the area.

The Director of Sales will work closely, in tandem with one of our world-class Sales Engineers and cooperate with Guardicore's channels team to introduce our groundbreaking technology to new strategic customers, as well as to expand our presence with companies who are already part of our existing customer base.

What will you do?
- Create and execute both strategic and tactical plans to significantly increase our presence, revenue and market share in the territory with strategic named accounts.
- Establish and maintain key regional customer relationships to expand the company’s customer base
- Define partner plan and work closely with key channel executives to drive incremental revenue
- Be able to demonstrate Guardicore’s competitive positioning in the market
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to increase the - Company's revenue

- You HAVE to be a rockstar! Must have a proven and demonstrable track record of exceeding sales goals
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a field sales role selling Enterprise Software to large enterprise organizations, preferably in the Cyber Security space.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You should be organized, detail and process oriented with experience in using Salesforce and a clear understanding of why this is important...
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
