The connected bar/outlet we have created allows the collection of critical data from each bar with the goal of providing bar owners real-time insights and understanding of the market to optimize their portfolio, improve their operations and increase their revenue.

Weissbeerger is rapidly growing and expanding our business. We are looking for a talented and energized Recruitment specialist to join the HR team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires.
- Develop recruiting channels, including, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
- Work and guide the hiring managers to optimize job requirements
- Identify and maintain relationships with high potential candidates
- review resumes and interview talents
- Source and attract candidates through multiple online and offline channels
- Asses candidate qualifications and personality to match position requirements and the company culture
- Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive experience
- Own and manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer

Requirements

* Fluent English and Hebrew are required for this position *

- BA degree - MUST
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience in-house, preferably in a start-up company
- Direct sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions
- Knowledge of technical recruitment jargon and skill sets
- Strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience conducting interviews
- Able to work in start-up environment, ability to work in an intense and dynamic environment
- Passion for recruiting and working with people
- Excellent English
