About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and self-motivated Recruiting Manager to lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented recruiters and sourcers. He or she will own and oversee recruiting efforts for our rapidly expanding R&D team in Israel. Reporting to the Recruiting Director, this role will develop the recruitment strategy while partnering with R&D leaders and contribute to the overall HR strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, manage, develop and maximize the performance of a talented team of recruiters, sources and other professionals
- Collaborate with business leaders, hiring managers and HRBPs to set and develop scalable recruitment processes and solutions
- Create, maintain and ensure the integrity of hiring data on our systems, including dashboards, reports and candidate information
- Use metrics and KPIs from our HR Analytics team to support decision making, improve business outcomes and recruit the best talent
- Ensure Applicant tracking system is being maximized to full potential
- Partner with Employer Branding Manager on the development of recruitment brand and marketing activities
- Evaluate the current hiring process and make changes to streamline and enhance the candidate experience
- Proactively balance workload between recruiters on the team

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience managing and developing a team of in-house recruiters - must
- 5+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for technical talent
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with minimal supervision and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently in a growing, fast paced, changing work environment
- Experience with developing strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- Native level of English and Hebrew
- Skilled at using data to analyze recruiting trends and gaps, diagnose challenges, and develop solutions to improve recruiting processes
