- Coordinate phone, video, and on-site interviews for candidates and for hiring managers with speed and efficiency
- Conduct phone interviews for certain positions
- Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates
- Provide administrative support to other recruiting activities such as onboarding processes.
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative position, scheduling and managing calendars
- Excellent Hebrew and English - required
- High attention to details
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Customer-service mindset, with an outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
- Human Resources student - an advantage
*Temporary (end of 2021) and Part-time (50%) position
