Nayax is looking for an in-house Recruiter!

We are looking for a recruiter to join the HR team to lead recruiting efforts in her domain. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great and growing company and be a critical force in its growth.

The ideal candidate is experienced with hiring top talent in a technology-driven company, thinks outside the box, and is constantly looking for innovative approaches to the recruitment challenges.

- Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the company’s hiring requirements
- Proactively work to reach and source talent
- Build and execute the company’s recruitment strategy
- Coordinate and organize events to attract talent
- Lead the creation of an effective and innovative talent pipeline
- Define and develop the recruitment funnel, including the interview process
- Work with employees to source referrals and friends


- Experience in all parts of the recruiting funnel (from sourcing to new employee onboarding)
- Experience in establishing a company’s candidates pipeline
- Experience in active sourcing using a variety of outreach tools
- Experience hiring for tech positions – an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills : Hebrew & English - a must
