Guesty - one of the fastest growing SU in TLV is looking for a Recruiter (Maternity leave replacement for 8 months + option) to join our amazing HR department.

As a Recruiter, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth while hiring excellent people!

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment for Tech, Business and Marketing oriented positions in the company: talent recruitment, LinkedIn sourcing, Head-Hunting, CV screening, phone & onsite interviews etc
- Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and support them during recruiting process.
- Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience as a technical recruiter – a must.
- Familiarity with relevant sourcing techniques (especially with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings) and ability to remain current with strategic sourcing techniques and skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment.
- Fluent English - a must.
- Strong team player, positive and can-do approach
- Bachelor’s degree - a must.
