- Supports Control substances purchasing and inventory management
- Write/ update/ file Department’s Controlled Documents and quality records.
- Write/ update/ file department SOPs and quality records.
- Supports QA manager in coordinating QA aspects of purchasing control
- Responsible to gather, review data and draft for reports
- Supports Inventory management activities
- Supports QA CS Manager in creating and cascading throughout the organization required quality materials/ Trainings
- Supports management of security system and regulatory licensing activities
- Responsible to track and document potential improvements and track execution of relevant quality activities.


- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to write procedures, specifications etc.
- Experience working in quality assurance, preferred in Pharma (Medical Device also optional) - An advantage
- Experience in material management, QA or Tapi (תכנון פיקוח ייצור) - An advantage
- Experience with quality management requirements interactions with functions throughout the organization and external parties.
- Familiar with quality assurance in a regulated environment.
- Familiar with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO13485, GMP, IMOH Yakar’s regulation)
- Excellent English and Hebrew writing skills.
