QA Team Lead

The QA Team Lead is responsible for leading the team and ensuring the highest quality of our products. This role involves hands-on testing and overseeing all aspects of the QA process, from planning and execution to reporting and continuous improvement.

This role is full-time and is Israel based.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct hands-on manual and automated testing using tools like Testim.io.
- Monitor product quality and test coverage, providing regular updates to engineering management on the status of features, bugs, and overall quality metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to identify and prioritize quality issues.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Team Lead
- At least 5 years of experience in QA software testing
- Proven experience in Functional, Regression, and Integration testing
- Experience with automated testing solutions such as Testim.io, Cypress.io, or equivalent
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans
- Ability to research and resolve technical issues
- Highly organized, with a proven ability to consistently deliver excellent quality on time
- Self-managed, flexible, and adaptable
- Excellent English communication capabilities (verbal and writing)
- Strong team player with great interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and previous experience with SQL databases
- Practical knowledge of application security and vulnerabilities (an advantage)
