Taboola is looking for a dedicated, data-driven Publisher Account Manager team leader with a passion for digital media to optimize revenue and serve as a valuable resource/point of contact. The Publisher Account Manager will work with top-tier publishers to help implement and launch Taboola content recommendations widget on their site, track post-launch performance, and provide strategic direction for new opportunities to grow revenue. The Account Manager Lead will largely focus on optimizing existing relationships by upselling new initiatives to publishers and improving the metrics on their site.

Responsibilities & Skills:
- Lead a team of partner relationship managers in a global organization.
- Owning the team data – and working with several data platforms to present a clear picture of the team activity.
- Build a strategic framework for prioritizing and evaluating partners and to expand our product offerings.
- Negotiate business terms and create strategic plans for effective penetration for new markets globally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- working with the product team to build and launching relevant feathers and products
- Identify and grow new opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Working with several departments and dependencies to reach the team goals.


- Meaningful managerial experience – Must.
- Experience managing enterprise clients and partner relationships.
- Working with both publishers and advertisers to reach company goals.
- Working with data, analytics, support, and many platforms – Jira, Qlik sense, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
- Demonstrated success working with strategic accounts in a client relationship management role with strong communication skills as a credible ambassador for our organization.
- Live in the product you support – it is important you understand deeply the way customers use our platform and you can coach them to achieve what they need using our tools.
- An individual who does well under pressure with time-sensitive projects.
