Description

SolarEdge's product group plays a major role in setting the company’s strategic vision as well as creating new innovative solutions. The team is in charge of devising, tuning and implementing strategy, roadmap, and system feature definitions; The product team’s role is to manage the entire lifecycle of all products, from inception through requirements, development, testing, manufacturing and end-of-sale/support. Our rapid growth across geographies and sectors create significant opportunities to expand our offering while maintaining our leadership position. To achieve that, we are expanding our product group and looking for top notch team players to join our core team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful rollout of new products and features. You will work daily with various teams around the world such as sales, product, marketing, R&D and support, driving the process of new products launch according to plans and schedule. You will make sure relevant local and regional teams are kept up to date on any changes and execute tasks required for the product/feature release.

What you will be doing:

- Coordinate and lead new product introduction activities across the company
- Partner with product managers in the rollout of new products and enhancement of existing products
- Lead product introduction discussions and refine them to work plans, identify barriers and risks and act to solve them
- Stay up to date with new product and feature rollout from pre-production to successful deployment, by conducting weekly or bi-weekly sessions with key task leaders at SolarEdge HQ and regional offices
- Keep all stakeholders updated regarding the progress and schedule, through meetings, e-mails, and trainings
- Build the right tools & processes that will strengthen product communication, internal managing, and development in a high-growth organization.
- Perform other activities as assigned or requested

Requirements

- 3+ years of direct (recent) experience in a similar or project management/business analyst role in global product-oriented companies - must
- Experience in prioritizing competing demands in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Experience in constructing interpersonal relationships across teams, communicating technical content and analytical insights to multiple audiences
- Project Management experience, strong ability to launch and lead complex initiatives and experience using data to tell a story and influence direction
- Track record of leadership and ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Highly attentive to details, & won’t get lost in tech-focused discussions
- A team player, but very independent and proactive
- Well familiar with project and program management tools such as Jira, Agile, Concerto, MS-projects – an advantage
- Excellent English skills, spoken and written – must
- Advanced Microsoft office and analytics skills - must
