Description

Trax is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Project Managers to be part of Trax Retail Watch delivery team – To lead and deliver complex hardware and software projects working with the world’s leading retailers, ensuring smooth delivery, achieving projects goals and constantly maintaining customer’s satisfactions from our products and services.   

Responsibilities:

- Acting as the customer’s trusted advisor and main point of contact for all delivery related issues
- Working closely with the Sales, Technical Operations, Product and R&D teams - translating customer requirements into a detailed project plan/scope
- Coordinating and managing technical workshops with the customer to fine tune the definitions of the project deliverables and set expectations before the projects starts
- Creating and maintaining a detailed project plan to track progress
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Identifying and managing the project risks and providing mitigation plan for them
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- “Thinking out of the box” – continuously implementing new ideas and solutions to improve the working processes 

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in TIER 1 customers project management in software delivery projects; SaaS is an advantage
- A strong technical background – ‘Hands On’ approach and excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience working in the Retail/CPG/FMCG market – an advantage
- Experience working with project management tools (MS Project or equivalent)
- Good Knowledge in various data tools (SQL, Mongo, Office)
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English – A must
- Willingness to travel customer sites overseas 

Education:

- BSc in Industrial Engineering/ Computer Science/Business Management or equivalent
