StartApp is looking for a Demand Partnerships Manager to join our programmatic team and manage relationships with leading mobile demand partners.

The individual will be responsible for communication with DSPs and other programmatic partners, developing partnerships, looking for new opportunities internally and externally to drive growth.

Responsibilities:
- Build, plan and grow strong relationships in order to develop a business plan, growth strategy and reach goals of your accounts
- Work with product, marketing, data scientist and data analysts to bring market feedback and drive improvements in the product
- Own global partners management, including trafficking, execution, and on-going partners optimization
- Deep understanding of your partners business goals.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to internal and external stakeholders, and execute new growth and optimization initiatives
- Own and lead personal / team projects or tasks, including full responsibility for deliverables and outcomes

Requirements

- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in digital advertising, experience in mobile video a plus
- experience in the programmatic advertising landscape – DSPs, SSPs, exchanges – an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to multitask and handle various tasks and priorities
- Ability to work independently while still remain a natural team player
- Solution and detail oriented, with strong commercial/business acumen
- Capable of managing complex multiple platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing or other related disciplines - an advantage
