Zoomin is looking for a talented Professional Services Engineer, to work with our customers, understand their needs, help formulate solutions, and help them achieve their goals with our product.

As a Professional Services Engineer, you will implement and customize robust enterprise-grade portals and web applications for some of the largest technology companies in the world, such as Mastercard, Dell and McAfee, helping them to immediately answer customer questions and increase customer engagement.

What will you do?

- Implement and customize beautiful and efficient web experiences for millions of customers worldwide in tight timelines
- Develop styled and responsive dynamic web sites and applications using React and CSS
- Attend regular calls with customers, present your deliverables, receive customer feedback and promptly act on it
- Provide technical support to the customer during the implementation phase, including bug fixes, acceptance testing, support etc.
- Apply interactive and visual design principles on websites and web applications
- Rigorously test your deliverables to meet high quality standards
- Provide technical training to the customer technical staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Zoomin’s products
- Work on 2-3 customer implementations projects simultaneously 
- Learn new technologies and software tools

Requirements

- Passion for helping customers succeed and for exceeding customer expectations
- Academic degree from an accredited college/university. Preferably B.S. in Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in web development 
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, JQuery, Bootstrap.
- Experience with web frameworks (React, AngularJS, NodeJS, Ruby etc.) - Advantage
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong desire to work both in development and in 'hands-on' implementation modes in the delivery of solutions .
- Experience working with customers and stakeholders in both live and virtual environments - an advantage
- Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in simple terms
- Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
