- Provide high-quality technical services during professional services engagement (deployments, upgrades, integration with customer’s environment, etc.) with responsibility for the full lifecycle of the PS Project.
- Provide professional services on-site at customer offices worldwide and remotely.
- Creating and updating technical and process documentation


- 3+ years experience in a similar role at an international company
- Proven technical knowledge and understanding of IT/networking/OS/DB/virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of virtualization concept and experience with installation and configuration of a virtual environment (VMware, etc.)
- Experience with operating systems (Linux/Windows)
- Good knowledge of Networking and IT Infrastructure, experience with TCP/IP protocols
- Experience with configuration and operation of switches and servers (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
- Experience with installation and configuration of firewall devices (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, etc.)
- Experience with installation and configuration of SIEM devices (Arcsight, Qradar, etc.)
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience, ability to analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner, ability to deep-dive into details.
- Team player with the ability to work and solve problems independently, work under pressure, multitasking, can-do approach
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally on demand
- Experience in Cyber Security – a strong advantage
- Experience with AWS – an advantage
- Experience with backup&restore tools (Veeam, etc) and data storage systems - an advantage
- Experience with scripting languages and IT Automation/DevOps tools – an advantage
