We're looking for an experienced Director of Professional Services to join our talented team.

Professional Services (PS) is a cross-company function that is in charge of all non-core services offered by the company. PS is leading end-to-end services definition, planning and execution either internally or via external vendors. Once the non-core function becomes part of the product PS is working closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the feature is properly rolled out internally to operations and customer-facing teams and top the customer.

Responsibilities include:

- Own and manage the entire professional services area and define professional services strategy targeted to support company business objectives
- Manage a team of project managers and solution engineers, fostering a productive team environment and mentoring team members to ensure success and growth
- Facilitate Sales with customer offerings that include non-core services
- Lead Integration and standardization of professional services functions across the company.
- Own operational communication and processes with external vendors to ensure high-quality solutions delivery to the customers.
- Monitor services delivery, quality, and measure profitability.
- Provide feedback to the product and facilitate services integration into the platform.
- Facilitate roll out of the integrated features internally and customer-facing.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Support, Operations, and R&D teams.
- Implement process management and monitoring in relevant infrastructure systems.
- Profound understanding of Verbit's platform and technology, value proposition, customer landscape, and complexities to offer relevant required services in cost-effective ways.


- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in professional services or other technical cross-company roles in Software SaaS business.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a manager.
- Experience in customer management, relations, and communication.
- Experience in vendor relations management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and writing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM processes and tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Asana, Tableu.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- A tech-savvy mind with a strong technical background and can adapt to new technology needs.

- Attention to detail.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English fluently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other exact science
