Our company is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Production Manager to join the team.
Job Description:
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
2. Operational Oversight:
• Ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of operational activities.
3. Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Monitor quality and yield
5. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and mentor operations team.
6. Collaboration:
• Work closely with other department to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
7. Budgetary Control:
• Contribute to the development of the operations budget.

REQUIREMENTS
· Job skills:
Education: BSc in industrial engineering and / Logistics from a known university- an advantage
o Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing company – a must
o At least 5 years of experience in managing a team of 10+ employees
o Experience in a medical device company – a must
· Computer skills:
o Profound acquaintance with all Office tools
o Good skills with SAP B1
· Language skills: Fluent English – reading and writing
· Personality:
o Highly dynamic, with strong leadership capabilities
o Has the Ability to multitask, work under pressure and long irregular hours
o Team building and managing skills
o Able to balance day-to-day task load with long-term strategy execution
