As a Product Solution Manager, you will collaborate with product managers to promote the success of the product, meet customer needs, ensure a tight product feedback loop, impact the roadmap, and introduce new offerings into the market.

As Product Solution Manager, you will:

- Be the main focal point for Sales, sales engineers, and project managers to provide the best value to high-end security organizations.
- Develop, oversee, and adapt a comprehensive product roadmap, balancing customer demands with business objectives.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between Architects, UX/UI, developers, QA teams to deliver top-tier product road maps and releases.
- Actively engage in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and RFIs / RFPs.
- Manage product or service issues, prioritizing them effectively and overseeing their resolution.
- Build strong relationships with government clients, gathering essential requirements and feedback.
- Collaborate across organizational functions to refine and enhance customer engagement and project processes.

REQUIREMENTS

For that mission you’ll need:

- At least 3 years of proven experience in solution management, product management, pre-sale engineering, or sales engineering within a software context.
- Strong familiarity with SIGINT or IP network technologies, with deep expertise - a big advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical areas.
- Proven track record of identifying customer requirements, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Intelligence, Security, or Cyber domains is highly valued.
- Ability to grasp both overarching strategies and meticulous details.
- Tech-savvy professional with a thirst for learning new technologies.
- Exceptional communication for Outbound & Inbound presentation skills
- Self-driven, independent, and a collaborative team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent English Skills.

Travel Requirements:

- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed (approximately 10-20% of work time/year).
