What you’ll do:

- As a product operations manager, you will create, implement and oversee procedures, processes and tools, as well as lead cross-department and cross-team collaboration, to enable growth and allow planning, building and delivering the best product to WSC’S clients, at scale.
- You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and carry out cross-organizational initiatives, involving multiple teams across the organization.
- You’ll be a member of our Product Operations group within our Product department and serve as a key link between product managers, designers, dev team leads, customer success, support, onboarding and sales.
- You will be working as a product manager, only your domain being the product team. This means you will be responsible for identifying needs, prioritizing them and eventually building the tools, processes and procedures to address them, rolling them out to all stakeholders, overseeing the rollout, measuring objectives achievement and monitoring usage, usability and goal achievement over time.
- We already have many processes, tools and procedures already in place and running successfully for quite some time - You’ll be responsible for their ongoing operation and periodical measurement and fine-tuning.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

- 3+ years of Project Management / Product Operations experience in B2B SaaS companies or 3+ years experience as an analyst in a consulting firm
- Product Management experience - An advantage
- Ability to balance and prioritize between different stakeholder's pains and needs
- Ability to simultaneously manage various projects in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- In-depth understanding of product processes in a SaaS, B2B company
- Quick and self-learner, self-organized, process-driven
- Excellent leadership and personal skills
- Superior organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with different personas within the organization
- Very high English level – verbal and written
- You are a good fit for this role if you are a problem solver, self-learner, highly motivated and outside-the-box thinker and yet very organized and methodological.
