As a Product Marketing Manager - Wix Answers, you will:
- Initiate and execute Wix Answers’ marketing strategy and plans for SMBs and SMEs - in close collaboration with sales leadership.
- Pinpoint and execute innovative marketing initiatives that drive B2B awareness, product education, engagement and more, leveraging various channels.
- Contribute to all Wix Answers’ products outbound marketing activities.
- Develop a strategy that positions Wix Answers in the market and puts forward its value through correct customer facing messaging.
- Create effective content for multiple audiences (CIO, VP Customer Success, CFO, etc) in a variety of formats (videos, webinars, presentations, white papers, etc.)
- Take complex technical capabilities and translate them into value propositions.
- Collaborate with various teams to align messaging to product capabilities and sales needs, and be part of expanding to new markets.
- Develop thought-leadership materials, high-level narratives & presentations, case studies and more.
- Work in tandem with Demand Gen teams to optimize marketing campaigns & messages in real-time.
- Dig deep to gain an understanding of the target audience, gathering insights about target personas, buyer needs and the process of purchasing decisions for organizations’ products.
- Communicate products’ value props to the sales team and develop tools that support the selling process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client-facing materials and content are relevant, accessible, usable, and effective.
- Develop strategies for creating a pipeline for new offerings as well as upsell & cross-sell marketing programs to grow relationships.
- Analyze information collected from win/loss interviews and funnel behavior (conversion rates and velocity) to detect breakdowns in the marketing and sales process.
- Work closely with the Marcom Manager to identify opportunities for content, events, PR, thought leadership, presentations, demos, and more.
- Work closely with the Marcom and Comms team on campaign topics to inform customers and provide quality content to support these, like whitepapers, eBooks, blogs and webinars.
- Represent Wix Answers’ at industry events, partner activities and corporate events.

Requirements

- A BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-7 years’ experience in product marketing in a B2B sales organization.
- Experience in demand generation, digital marketing and social media, content marketing, influencer marketing as well as project management.
- Experience with product launches, tracking their effectiveness, reporting results, and optimizing to improve performance.
- Curiosity and drive. You’re a self-starter who takes initiative to drive projects forward and deliver results. You take the time truly understand client and user needs, interests, buying behaviours and much more, all with the goal of making the best decisions and guiding marketing strategy in the right direction.
- Active listening skills, and exceptional writing and presentation skills. You can take complex information and turn it into compelling messaging, relaying product & marketing plans to all types of audiences.
- High EQ and the natural ability to build rapport with almost anyone. Your sense of gravitas and humanity are well balanced, which is why you’re great at accepting feedback and multiple points of view in a highly collaborative environment.
- A proven record of achievements in various academic, professional and other environments.
- Advantageous if you have related market/industry experience, technical/product category experience and/or sales experience.
