Atera is looking for a senior SaaS product marketing manager that likes being a part of a team, to handle Atera’s customer engagement and features adoption.

What you’ll do
- Lead Atera’s strategy, development and execution efforts to increase product discoverability and adoption, and unlock the full potential of Atera’s SaaS service
- You will be the owner of Atera’s adoption and usage KPI’s, and you will strive to improve it on an ongoing basis.
- Work with the product management and the marketing teams to optimize activation, retention and monetization goals
- Own product positioning and messaging
- Work with the design team, copy writers and out sour
- Use qualitative research and data analysis to communicate product vision to management and various stakeholders
- Become the voice of the customer from the adoption and UX perspective, and take part in features and products creation process to ensure high traction, and positive effect on activation and churn


- Over 3 years of product marketing or related experience at fast growing SaaS companies
- Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Strong analytical abilities feeling comfortable around data analysis
- Deep understanding of how to increase usage and prevent abuse in B2B/B2C products
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment without forgetting important details
- Excellent communication skills. Native English is a plus
- Background with copy and design is also a plus
- Good technical grasp
