Description

WalkMe is searching for a stellar Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be a key member in a growing Product Marketing team, pioneering a new category known as DAP Solutions in the Digital Adaption space. This team will be the glue that binds our product strategy, customers, marketing and sales together. You will be a product evangelist and will have the ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems.

What will you actually be doing?
- Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging for our target ecosystems.
- Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Develop internal tools and external collateral, and handoff workshops to support our sales, services, and partners through the sales process.
- Be the expert in our market intelligence and our buyers; who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
- Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our product positing and how they are positioned.
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis.
- Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements, written works, and hands-on workshops.
- Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research.
- Work with solution consultants to develop optimal videos for support in the sales process.

Requirements

- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience with experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects)
conducted market research
- Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Pardot and Google Analytics.
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
