Description
We are looking for a creative, curious, independent and ambitious Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote Balance's products.
Responsibilities:
- Developing product positioning, messaging, and marketing content that demonstrates clear market differentiation.
- Leading the creation of sales enablement materials and market, competitor and customer research to inform and educate the GTM teams.
- Creating compelling and high-quality content that weaves business and technical messages, in a variety of formats including written, web, video, and presentations.
- Developing enablement materials to arm the sales team with strategies and competitive intelligence that increase sales productivity and pipeline conversion.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-company partners to effectively communicate product offering and value.
- Be responsible for product’s GTM plans; manage all aspects of product launches such as messaging, internal communication, collateral, and rollout strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager - preferably from B2B Fintech companies.
- Experience in creating GTM strategies for new products and features and execution of relevant marketing campaigns and activities.
- Strong analytical and research skills, highly capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative research, and translating results into actionable key takeaways.
- Experience in working with multiple internal partners, including product, design, content, customer success, and support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
- A highly collaborative, team-oriented individual that is comfortable with new situations and highly iterative projects.
